Ben Clempson Releases EP with PBR

Pillar Box Records, Leamington’s finest independent record label, is proud to present Ben Clempson’s long anticipated debut EP. Featuring the talents of Nizlopi’s John Parker, and including live favourite ‘Whiskey’, the first solo offering from the former Soft Verges front man is the perfect showcase for his acoustic blues / folk influences.

Kingtide - Kingtide are a 3-piece indie band from the Midlands consisting of like-minded music lovers Ben Ablewhite, Lewis Smith and Wiggi. With diverse taste in music, they draw on influences from the Wonder Stuff and the Boo Radleys to Neil Young and Ryan Adams, combining well-written songs with powerful but sensitive arrangements.Oswald 24 - A melting pot of influences and talents (Belle and Sebastian, Nick Drake, Shostakovitch), the Oswald 24 collaboration boils down the essentials of music before building it up again, creating a sound that can only be described as heart-felt, soulful acoustic indie; a well-partnered blend of immaculately written indie-based songs, enhanced by the delicate sounds of subtle classical arrangements, and rounded off by a spell-binding voice reminiscent of early Damien Rice.
