PBR to support Leam'n'Aid

Pillar Box Records will be out in force to support this year's Leam'n'Aid festival in Leamington Spa. Pillar Box are doing their bit by providing the PA and sound engineer for the acoustic stage at the annual event. To add to the excitement, the next Pillar Box Podcast will be recorded live from the acoustic stage.

Leam'n'Aid be on 24th and 25th March and will feature a day of live music on two stages on the 24th and a live comedy show on the 25th. It will be held at the Robins Well on Victoria Terrace, Leamington Spa.

Kingtide - Kingtide are a 3-piece indie band from the Midlands consisting of like-minded music lovers Ben Ablewhite, Lewis Smith and Wiggi. With diverse taste in music, they draw on influences from the Wonder Stuff and the Boo Radleys to Neil Young and Ryan Adams, combining well-written songs with powerful but sensitive arrangements.Oswald 24 - A melting pot of influences and talents (Belle and Sebastian, Nick Drake, Shostakovitch), the Oswald 24 collaboration boils down the essentials of music before building it up again, creating a sound that can only be described as heart-felt, soulful acoustic indie; a well-partnered blend of immaculately written indie-based songs, enhanced by the delicate sounds of subtle classical arrangements, and rounded off by a spell-binding voice reminiscent of early Damien Rice.
